The new Thema System headquarters satisfy the main requirements for a modern company: environment and location. It is situated in the green of the countryside between Emilia Romagna and Lombardia, near a modern sporting centre. It covers an area of almost 6500 square meters; a 50% of this area is used for the operating needs and the remaining is covered by a park.

It is located near two motorway exits (the motorway is the A22, Modena-Brennero) and two of the main industrial districts in the North of Italy ( Modena and Mantova ) in additino to the same distance (45 minutes driving) from two important airports (Verona and Bologna); all this makes Thema System perfectly introduced and integrated in the national and international road and air networks.
