MTS was established in 1962 in Sirone, north of Milan (Italy), with the objective of satisfying the requirements of the textile machinery industry, and with particular emphasis on spindle manufacturing.

A member of a group of Companies (REGGIANI MACCHINE S.p.A, JAEGGLI MECCANOTESSILE S.r.l ) that manufacture textile machines , MTS operates world-wide in the textile market with its own wide range of spindles for all kinds of applications. MTS directly supplies top machine manufacturers and important spinning and twisting mills, that process all types of staple fibers and continuous filaments.

Company- developed technology and investment in research and development have brought success and encouraged MTS to expand its field of activities. With the synergy of its partner companies (TESMEC-GROUP, JAEGGLI MECCANOTESSILE S.r.l).
