At the beginning of the 90’s,textile knows a change in customer exigencies: the sole production volumes reduce, the request for different styles and sampling increase, the time to market seriously shortens.
To reach these goals, the textile machineries design have to focus on the customer, developing a machine capable to answer to exigencies such as flexibility, versatility, plumpness, speed and with low maintenance costs.
PANTER was born to answer to these new demands of the Market, availing itself of Mr. Nello Pezzoli’s peerless fifty-years-old experience, handed down to his sons, Luigi and Paolo.
Results of his wit are the first line of looms produced by Somet (AC2 and AC2S) during 60’s, to go on between 70’s and 90’s with Vamatex products (from the revolutionary C201, evolved in C401, P401, P1001 to the air-jet machines Ghibli and Typhoon).
Part of that technology is used on Vamatex looms still now.
As a confirmation of the continuity in the innovative capability, lately PANTER has given technological supplies to producers as Picanol (Optimax loom) and Schönherr (belonging to Stäubli group).
