 About

The fast changes of the market requirements in such fields influenced by the evolution of fashion, obliges the operators to continuously search for new materials and innovating products.

There are some other fields where it is required to buff huge quantities of products with absolutely constant quality of the buffing effect.

In this context we have developed a very versatile and sophisticated buffing and de-dusting line which can combine high reliability and easy operation with superior buffing and cleaning performances and with absolutely constant and reproducible effects.

The operation of the line is particularly economic thanks to the need of one only operator, to the effective reduction of the idle times and to the reduced wear of the buffing paper.

The line is completed by some feeding and tension control units which can be adjusted in accord to the product to be processed and the whole line is controlled by a PLC handling and synchronising all functions as the start, the stop and the reverse controls.

The high safety standards are guaranteed by a centralised control provided by self-check system and optical alarm of each component, placed on the control panel.
