Company Rite S.p.A. has been established in 1964 as a partner of a concern situated in Pordenone,in the Northern-East of Italy.The business of the first years of production was based on the manufacturing of machinery components and spare-parts.In the 70's,the manufacturing of complete textile machines started with Gas Singeing machines and Hank-to-cone winders,followed by the production of Cone-to-cone and Assembly winders.

On 2001 Rite S.p.A obtained "ZERBO" trade-mark to complete the range of machines to be offered in the dyeing and mercerizing market through the Reeling machines.
