ATF has been projecting and building machines and installations for 10 years now.
ATF works in different industrial fields: from the technical-textile field to the non-woven one, from the textile field to the rubber and plastic processing one.
We mainly project and build five different ranges of products:
•Palletizing systems – Logistic
•Packaging installations
•Automatic winders
•Slitting machines
•Inspection machines
Thanks to the ability of its technical and engineering staff, and to a recognized technological know-how, A.T.F. can say that more than 90% of its production is being built to measure, according to the particular requirements of the customers, who are more and more asking for tailor-made installations.
ATF has been developing personalized machines according to clients’ requirements, while simultaneously investing resources into the up-to-date organization of its inner departments, by using the newest computer systems.
An inner data-processing system gets in touch each department with the other ones, from the managing department to the workshop.
A special software manages the purchasing order from the engineering phase through the building and testing ones.
Production of machinery and/or of its parts are always supervised and processed in real time.
For this reason today even the most little part of a machine is being processed and managed with a bar code system.
A.T.F. is therefore able to go back without mistakes to each component of its machines, even after years from the production.
A.T.F. is now waiting for ISO9001/2000 certification.
